Authorization Policy for the Box of Goods
SECURE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Greyscale Goods uses secure payment widget Paywhirl to create unique customer profiles that will protect your credit card and billing information. You may log in or out of the widget at any time. By entering your information into the Box of Goods Authorization Form, you agree to authorize Greyscale Goods to charge the stored credit card for any items not returned after your 3 day try-on period. Any incorrect credit card information or declined charges are subject to a $25 fee. If payment information is not updated within 48 hours of declined charge, there will be a 5% daily charge incurred until payment is resolved.
Greyscale Goods may process an incremental fee in the amount of less than $1.00 for accounts with pending orders for the purpose of ensuring accurate card information. Any charge for this purpose will be immediately refunded to the card on file that was charged.
Greyscale Goods and Paywhirl use the 3rd party payment processor Stripe, Inc. to process credit card transactions for items purchased from the Box of Goods. All transactions and credit card details are secure and encrypted.
You will be required to enter your Billing Info again at checkout for the Styling Fee, which is processed as a separate charge.
